 University it’s about to end and maybe the summer upcoming it’s going to be the best in my life. It would be my first summer as a university student and everyone knows that the better parties are at this time of your life. My first summer travel it would be to La Serena City, it’s kind of a familiar tradition go every year there, because all my mother’s family is there. Then I would go to Elqui, because I LOVE that place.  Last summer was crazy, I went with my friends to KMZ and I never thought it was going to be like that, I danced the whole night till’ me feet gave no more. This summer I want to go there again with my best friend Antonia, by the way she got her driver’s license this year so a great adventure on wheels is waiting for us. Taking advantage of my first destination, it would be really nice if I could visit San Pedro and other touristic landmarks in the north of our country, also I would like to go to the south of Chile (Villarica, Pucón, Puerto Montt). Nowadays, I’m very conscious about what things are actually drugs (alcohol, cigarettes, coffee). I’m really familiar with coffee, I think that is kind of my drug of abuse. Take a shot of coffee it’s always good when I have to be awake. When I hang out with my friends, they usually smoke marihuana while they’re partying or playing FIFA, but I don’t see it like a big deal, they’re grownups and I suppose that they know what they’re doing. They look like stoned and their eyes look like if they were Asians. They also laugh a lot and sometimes when it hits to hard they start to cry. Drugs like marihuana are also medical and brings benefits to the people that use it, like appease issues of schizophrenic people. Although, nowadays, I’m just starting my university life and I’m conscious that there is still a long way to go. It is better to have a notion of the whole thing now. I would like to be prepared for the future and specialize myself in a post graduated course in pharmacology. One of the main reasons is my interest in the technological development and its impact on people’s health, specifically in the field of the development of new medicines that are less invasive in their effects and supply for the patients. For example, I would investigate the mechanisms of action of the drugs and I would find a way to inhibit its effect after an overdose, avoiding that taking an excessive amount of pills keeps being an alternative for commit suicide. Ideally, my interest is to remain in the country and be able to continue my studies at this university to improve the quality of life of Chilean people. I would like a job like a pharmacist in a medical center ♡ At the university we had a class in the first semester where they bring us closer to the career. There, we go to a medical center and to a lab. I fell in love with the medical center! And it's was better than I imagined! The pharmacist has an important social role in the comunnity. She (or he) works at par with the  doctor, nurse, dentist and midwife, determinates if some medicines interact with other medicines in the treatment of a pacient, makes the specific unite dose for a pacient, etc. But if I have the posibility, I would work in a lab too, because I would like to be involve in the development and production of the medicine. So I would work outdoors and indoors. I WOULD LOVE TO TRAVEL IN MY JOB. I would go to every country or city where I have an oportunity to work and grow as a scientist. I have always liked to dance but I never thought about taking classes. I had a friend that motivated me to dance belly dance with her in a workshop of high school in 2014. So I signed in, and I fell in love with dance in general. Since then I like to dance any type of music, although I’m not a professional dancer and I don’t know exactly how I should dance each different styles, I only do what comes to my mind and I enjoy it. About playing the ukulele, I started last year. I really like the sound of it, it is very pleasant and easy to play. Sometimes I play the piano too :D I love reading. I read a lot since I can remember. I have always been interested in the words, the vocabulary, etc. So reading has always been a pleasure to me.
