Mental health is very important in a person. If you have depression, anxiety, stress, etc. affects as much as a common disease like stomachache, fever, cold or pharyngitis, and even more! Many people feel abandoned or alone in the world because mental diseases are not seen like a real disease, when the reality is that they really need help. Brains get tired too, because emotions can affect our organism and so our way to carry on with the day.

My expectations for this semester

My expectations for this semester are very positives, despite of all the tests and hours of classes, I know I would enjoy going to the university because I’m studying the career and things I like and so I should pass the courses. And for relax myself dancing will help me.
