Mental health is very important in a person. If
you have depression, anxiety, stress, etc. affects as much as a
common disease like stomachache, fever, cold or pharyngitis, and even more!
Many people feel abandoned or alone in the world because mental diseases are
not seen like a real disease, when the reality is that they really need help. Brains get tired too, because emotions can affect our organism and so our way to carry on with the day.

I have always liked to dance but I never thought about taking classes. I had a friend that motivated me to dance belly dance with her in a workshop of high school in 2014. So I signed in, and I fell in love with dance in general. Since then I like to dance any type of music, although I’m not a professional dancer and I don’t know exactly how I should dance each different styles, I only do what comes to my mind and I enjoy it. About playing the ukulele, I started last year. I really like the sound of it, it is very pleasant and easy to play. Sometimes I play the piano too :D I love reading. I read a lot since I can remember. I have always been interested in the words, the vocabulary, etc. So reading has always been a pleasure to me. I especially like novels of mystery, adventures, drama, suspense, political dystopian novels and all the novels that are able to make me feel like a character of the book.
