English~

My experience learning English at the university was really great, I think is because I like the way as we apply our knowledge (in this language), is dynamic, it is not only sit down, open a book and do the activities in it; we talk to each other, we learn different expressions and new words to complete our vocabulary.

I like the use of blogs, because I like the idea of giving my personal opinion in different topics, also, the topics that we have are pretty interesting. The thing that I don’t like, by the way, is that I’m slow writing, so I’m behind on my blogs. I don’t know why, but sometimes it’s really hard for me organise the ideas in my mind, so I need more time to publish a nice blog. I have to write it like 3 times to see if it is fine.

I think some aspects of my English that need to be improved are my vocabulary and improvisation, like keep a normal conversation with somebody; I get nervous and I forget the words that I want to say (I forget them in English and Spanish), so maybe I have to improved my composition too.

Outside the English class, I don’t use too much the language; I think I almost don’t use it at all. I see some TV series in English but with subtitles, although I can understand it without them. Before, one or two years ago, I read a lot of stories or novels in English, now I don’t, but I think I’m going to return, because I miss them.
